Louis-Philippe discovered martial arts culture while serving in the Royal 22nd Regiment of the Canadian Army from 2005 to 2009, where he was deployed with the Airborne Regiment of the 3rd Battalion during Operation Athena in 2007. Returning from Afghanistan, he delved into mixed martial arts, achieving an amateur record of 6 wins - 1 loss and a professional record of 1 win - 1 loss.
In 2010, he pursued Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Professor Bruno Fernandes, who awarded him his black belt in 2015. Louis-Philippe’s dedication to self-discipline and constant training fueled his personal growth, physical understanding, and coaching ability.
With his extensive experience, Louis-Philippe provides excellent guidance for students of all levels and backgrounds, helping them achieve their goals while keeping the process enjoyable.

At just 17 years old, Thomas Paquette is a talented Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) practitioner from Laval. Currently a blue belt in the Juvenile 2 category, Thomas has already made a strong impression in the BJJ world.
Thomas recently finished 3rd at the IBJJF World Championship in June 2025, confirming his international level of excellence. He has also earned numerous prestigious titles, including two gold medals at the Quebec Provincial Championships in September 2024. His determination and talent have also led him to dominate the national scene, winning gold at the Toronto Open 2024 after facing and defeating the Canadian champion.
Internationally, Thomas excelled at the 2023 Pan American Championships (IBJJF), earning gold in the Kids category, followed by a bronze medal in the Juvenile 1 category in 2024.
With consistent progress and remarkable achievements, Thomas is a rising star in the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His commitment, discipline, and love for the sport make him an inspiring example, both for his peers and the young students he passionately mentors.
