A seminar and a black belt promotion on October 11

A rare chance to train with Professor Pat Cooligan and Renzo: their deep-dive seminar for advanced juniors and adults was set for Saturday, October 11, from noon to 1:30 PM, at our sister academy. A special celebration was planned right after: the black belt promotion of @adriano_rg_bjj. Congratulations on a well-deserved black belt!
