We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Quebec Privacy Act).
2. Information We Collect

- Contact information: name, email address, phone number (provided through booking forms, contact forms, or registration)
- Child information: child's name and age (when registering for kids programs, provided by parent/guardian)
- Usage data: pages visited, time spent on site, referring URL, browser type, and device information (collected automatically via analytics)
- Communication data: messages you send us via contact forms or email
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process class bookings and trial registrations
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- Send class reminders and schedule updates (with your consent)
- Improve our website and services through analytics
- Comply with legal obligations
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses the following technologies:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 collects anonymized usage data including pages viewed, session duration, and general geographic location. No personally identifiable information is collected through GA4.
- First-party enquiry attribution: for this site only, we keep records of your first and latest recorded visits in your browser’s localStorage (rgl_first_touch and rgl_latest_touch). Each record includes the visit date and time in UTC; the complete landing page address, including all parameters after the question mark and any fragment after # (up to 2,000 characters); the page path; the referring page address; the page language; a separate raw query string containing all its parameters (up to 2,000 characters); decoded values for ad click IDs gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, msclkid and ttclid, gad_source, gad_campaignid, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and any other utm_ parameter; screen width and height; and timezone. We also keep a sessionStorage marker (rgl_session) for the tab’s browsing session to distinguish new arrivals from navigation within the site. Both visit records are sent with contact and trial booking forms, together with the UTC date and time when the attribution data is prepared for sending (captured_at); the session marker is not sent. The academy uses these details to identify which ad or page brought your enquiry. This tracking uses no cookies or third-party services and shares none of these details with third parties. The localStorage records remain until you clear browser storage; the sessionStorage marker is kept for the tab’s browsing session.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: to protect our forms from spam and abuse. It processes technical information from your browser (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) for that purpose only. Learn more: Cloudflare Turnstile privacy policy.
- Tailwind CSS CDN: for styling our website. This third-party CDN may log standard server access data (IP address, user agent).
- Google Fonts: for typography. Google may collect standard usage data when fonts are loaded.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website functionality.
5. Data Sharing
We may share your personal information with:
- Service providers: third-party platforms that help us operate our booking system and process payments (e.g., Stripe for payment processing)
- Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or governmental regulation
All service providers are contractually bound to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Booking and membership data is retained for the duration of your membership plus a reasonable period thereafter for administrative purposes.
7. Your Rights
Under PIPEDA and Quebec privacy law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent for the use of your information (subject to legal obligations)
- Request deletion of your personal information
- File a complaint with the Commission d'acces a l'information du Quebec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
Our kids programs serve children ages 3-13. We collect children's information (name and age) only through their parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Parents/guardians may request access to, correction, or deletion of their child's information at any time.
