Monthly in-house seminars begin with closed guard

The new monthly in-house seminar series kicked off on Saturday, February 8, 2025, from noon to 1 PM: @emroyjj, one of Quebec's top gi and no-gi purple belts, taught his closed guard, followed by an open mat. Free for all Renzo affiliates and friends, advanced kids and teens included. Let's learn together.
