Saturday adult class replaced by a seminar

Our Saturday adult class at RG Laval made way for a great reason: a seminar with our RG OAMA Professor Pat Cooligan (@pat_allthingsjiujitsu) and his son Renzo. Every @rglaval member was welcome at the beautiful @rgwestisland gym, and it was all free. An opportunity not to miss!
