Three new belts in one great week

What a week at @rglaval: three new belts! Congratulations to Zakary on his grey and white belt, Elias on his grey belt and @filiatraultcedric on a more than deserved brown belt. Then we closed the week at @fitlogclassic with a booth to introduce people to jiu-jitsu, representing @rgwestisland, @rgmtl.downtown and @rglaval.
