A new class schedule for 2026

New year, new schedule! From January 2026, Renzo Gracie Laval ran classes for ages 3 to 4, 5 to 8, 9 to 13 and 14 and up, on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings, plus a Saturday competition class with Professor Louis-Philippe and Coach Mani. Today's times are always on our schedule page.
